The 3 Bedroom Villa has been architecturally designed to emulate a boatshed theme. This option can sleep 6-8 guests depending on which Villa is available. On the upper level are two studios that provide the following bedding arrangements:

• The Twin Studio can sleep 4 guests by way of two queen beds
• The Double Studio has a king bed and sleeps 2(Some Double Studios also have a queen-sized sofa bed to allow for 2 more guests) The Double Studio has the added luxury of a spa bath
• All studios have en-suite bathrooms with heatedfloors,mirrors and towel rails

The ground level of the villa is comprised of:

• A king bedroom which sleeps 2
• A luxurious modern bathroom with heated floors, towel rails and mirrors
• A contemporary kitchen with all the benefits of an open plan living space
• A spacious lounge and dining area that opens out onto a large deck/alfresco dining space
• A reverse cycle heat pump ensures guests can be warm in winter and cool in summer
• A further deck is accessed from this level that leads down to the water. From here you can swim straight from the deck into the marina. Each villa has allocated mooring space for a boat, jet-skis, kayaks etc.
• Ample parking is provided for cars, boats, trailers and visitors. Each Villa comes with two private under cover parks
• Zenbu wireless internet access is available

The Double Studio: Upper level

• The Double Studio can sleep 2 guests by way of a king sized bed
• The room comes with the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom with heated floors, towel rails, mirrors and a spa bath

• Guests have tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster, fridge, wireless internet access and a large flat screen television
• A balcony offering uninterrupted views of the marina and Lake Dunstan can be enjoyed
• Ample parking is provided for boats, trailers,cars and visitors
• Some Double Studios have a café table and chairs. These sleep two persons only
• Some Double Studios can sleep four guests. They come with a sofa bed which provides an additional queen bed option. You will need to make this clear when booking in if you require a Double Studio that sleeps four guests
